Instructions:
1. Complete and sign both sides of the Renewal Form you received in the mail.
2. Enter your Membership # below, click "Pay Now", then enter the $ amount from your Renewal Form (it isn't necessary to create a PayPal account, even if offered).
3. Print your receipt and enclose a copy with your Renewal Form, as proof of payment.
4. You may also pay Associate and Student amounts at the same time, just total the amounts. Be sure to list all Membership #'s.
