To reserve club facilities (ranges, meeting rooms, kitchen, etc.), submit a
completed Facilities Request form available in the office or online on the "Forms & Rates"
page. You need to reserve if you want to guarantee the space, otherwise
it's first come first served. This applies to all members, non-members,
and shooting disciplines.
Completed requests are reviewed at regular Board meetings. You will be contacted afterward,
and your event will be posted to the online calendar on the website. To
avoid any unnecessary delays, please make sure you filled out all relevant
sections, provided specific details, and included contact info. If time is
short, you may want to be present at the meeting in case there are questions.
Rental rates apply to some of the facilities. Be sure to read "Action Range Reservation Info and Rates"
and "Hall and Facilities Rental Rates", also available in the office or online
on the "Forms & Rates" page.
